The Cooperative Storage Library Switzerland (author) accepts no responsibility for the correctness, exactness, currentness or completeness of information. Liability claims against the Storage Library resulting from material or immaterial damages caused by accessing or use respectively non-use of information published on the website; misuse of the connection or technical disruption are excluded. The Storage Library expressly reserves the right to amend, supplement or erase parts of pages or content or to discontinue publication temporarily or permanently, all without prior notice.

References or links to third-party websites are outside our sphere of responsibility. We do not accept any responsibility for such websites. Access to, and use of, such websites is at the user’s own risk.

Copyright law

Copyright and all other rights to content, images, photos or other files on this website are exclusively owned by the Cooperative Storage Library Switzerland Association and specifically named rights holders. Such items may only be copied and printed off for private, scientific and non-commercial use. Photos, documents and websites as well as parts thereof may only be reproduced or stored on other servers; published in news groups or by online services; or saved on CD-ROMs or other data carriers with the prior written permission of the Cooperative Storage Library Switzerland. Where use of photos is specifically permitted, any publication must always include source and copyright holder information.

Data protection / Privacy

Under the terms of Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and Swiss federal data protection law regulations (Data Protection Act, DSG) every individual has a right to protection of their privacy and to protection against misuse of their personal data. We comply with these regulations. Personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is not sold or forwarded to third parties.

In close collaboration with our hosting providers we strive to protect databases as well as possible against third-party access, loss, misuse or falsification.

When visitors access our websites the following data will be stored in logfiles: IP address, date, time, browser request and generally transmitted information on the operating system and/or browser. This use data forms the basis for statistical anonymous evaluation, based on which we can correspondingly further develop our website.

Gathering and processing of personal data

We will only store personal data such as your name, address, telephone number or email address if you provide it voluntarily, e.g. via email or an online form. We will only process this data in order to respond to your enquiry. Personal data will only be stored for as long as required to complete the enquiry or perform the contract respectively for as long as required under statutory archiving and storage obligations.

Contact form

You can enter into contact with us using various contact and registration forms on our website. We only gather, process and use any data and information which you have provided for the purpose of processing your enquiry. By entering your data you are giving your consent to such processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending us an informal communication by email. The data processing procedures which have taken place prior to this withdrawal of consent will remain lawful.

Information, rectification, erasure

Upon request you can receive information regarding what personal data concerning you has been stored. This will be provided free of charge.
